Rental process

Book a Memoring device for the desired date

Please fill out the booking form found in the "BOOK NOW" section! By providing your details, you can initiate the registration and payment process.

Pay online

On our online platform, you can pay the amount with a credit card.

The deposit must be paid at the time of booking, and the balance + security deposit must be paid together, no later than 2 weeks before the event.

Receive the package

We will send the package to the provided address via courier service , which you can pick up 1-2 business days before the event.

Get lasting memories

After you place the phone out,turn it onand guests can shower you with video messages all day!

Send the package back to us

At the specified dategive back the package to the courier!

We refund the deposit

If everything is found to be in order, we will refund the full deposit amount to your account within 14 days after the package arrives back to us.

Relive the big day

We will deliver the video messages addressed to you in your own Memoring Gallery. Snuggle up with your partner and relive the big day! :)
